About Sajjad Jowhari
Sajjad Jowhari is the Founder and Principal of Miami Arc LLC, bringing a multidisciplinary background in architecture, sustainable urban design, construction management, and residential development.
His academic background includes three master’s degrees across complementary fields of the built environment: a Master of Architecture from Islamic Azad University in Mashhad, Iran (2005); a Master’s in Sustainable Urban Design from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden (2012); and a Master’s in Construction Management from the University of Miami (2025).
With more than 20 years of professional experience in architecture, construction, and residential projects, his work bridges architectural design with the practical realities of construction and development. His multidisciplinary background allows him to approach projects from multiple perspectives—integrating design quality, constructability, cost efficiency, sustainability, project management, and long-term development strategy.
Through Miami Arc, he focuses on residential architecture, multifamily development, affordable and workforce housing, renovation, and development-oriented design solutions. His approach seeks to create thoughtful and livable environments while responding to the economic, technical, and construction realities that shape successful real estate development.
